STOP Read…..Not a very good one I’m not a complainer I was never given a PIN number or given opportunity to make one or password for online account.Ajirr also known as Mohamed CSR told me that my plan was $65 dollars a month but after the initial offer to come back in and he would only charge me$55 a month. What wasn’t told was that I had the option to get insurance or not. Which is 9.00 a month. He also told me because I bought my own case in with me and screen protector he would give me for free earbuds and a free charger. I said wow okay. He just threw the charger in the bag told me to pick out earbuds. I got home and he had charged for the accessories. I told he you said they were free. I want your supervisor to look at the tape. He didn’t have to do it like that.i would use another location. Deception is never good. Edited 9/18/25 Well, I have to give the worst review that I've ever given as I called with verification from tech support who told me to tell them read the notes we put in the system and it will explain it all. and all I have to do is just find out if they have a replacement in stock before I go up there to store. First off first call they hung up immediately after answering even tho I was saying Hello, hello? Whoever answered 2nd call said immediately that I had to bring it in. I explained why I didn't and only needed to know if their store had the part needed , see the note, did they want my account number no reply but I could hear numerous people in the background. I kept saying hello then just waited for 11 minutes until click. Hung up on yet again. New owners I know but someone has to be able to speak English if they're going to answer the phone. Everything has gone way downhill since the change I hate to say. . * old review* Really do t best to help their customers out. 😊
