Choppahead Kustom Cycles — Local services in Freetown

I got my 2010 Harley Fatboy serviced yesterday at Choppahead Kustom Cycles in Freetown MA. From the moment I walked into the place I knew it was the place to bring my bike. I first spoke to Ryan a mechanic on site. After a few questions and his responses I just felt he was genuine and speaking the truth. The next day I dropped my bike off at Choppahead and met one of the owners named Truth. Again, if you have been around motorcycles and repair shops you know this is rare but this guy was straight no nonsense and a good guy. They do not try and sell you a bunch of things you do not need. They listen to you and you are actually talking with the mechanic who is going to work on your bike. That last part is rare enough. Well I could go on but let me finish by saying, for me, I am always surprised these days when someone listens to you and the word trust begins to surround the transaction. These guys are people you can trust and the work done on my bike was great no more and no less than what it needed. They also sell choppas so do what you will but at least visit them the next time you need work on your bike you will be really glad you did...heres to Truth and Ryan and ride...

Truth & J are great. Two down to earth guys making a living doing what they love. Walked in the other day for the first time & was treated like I've known them forever! Showrooms got some pretty cool customized/ fabricated bikes, "they've done". Very personable & easy to talk too, and deal with. If they don't have what you're looking for. They'll get it for ya. I bought a helmet. They didn't have my size (2x) So they ordered it. Only took 2 days. I guarantee if you walk in the shop you won't be disappointed. They need to advertise. So more people can learn about this little gem of a shop. Then again maybe they shouldn't. Once people find out. It'll be hard to get...

My son ordered a part that was sent was broken, he sent it back also paid the shipping to send it back.. Called to confirm they received it was told they would sent another one out as soon as they received, he called to get the information on it such as tracking and was cussed for calling even though he was told to call mid week.. I called myself asked to speak to manager the man then cussed me.. said he still hadn’t sent it out that he could send the part back or refund my son but he didn’t want to hear from us again. This is a kid waiting on a part for his bike and this guy was awful. I would not recommend ordering anything or buying anything from...
