I pre-ordered their USB-C battery bank on Kickstarter, the first unit failed within the manufacturer’s warranty, and they replaced that unit. The second unit failed for a different reason because of improper Design (the USB-C IN/OUT receptacle broke off the main circuit board), but because this was outside the warranty, they refused to provide a replacement. I electronically recycled the unit because it was useless to me. However now there is a recall on this unit for overheating and they refuse to provide me with replacement because I no longer have the original in my possession. I placed an order on March 30 2023 and have left messages on numerous occasions and no one will respond. Had to dispute this matter with my credit card company since there was no delivery of the item or response to my inquiries. Have ordered before and loved their products but will order from them again. Would really like them to deliver the item. Now go to web site and the item is half of what I paid for-however I bet you if you ordered at half price then you would still not get the item or a response. This company makes awful products. Avoid. There are far superior brands out there.

My first battery pack was recalled and all they would offer was a credit to their store, but not enough to actually replace the device. After spending money to purchase the replacement, the replacement stopped working after 6 months, and they expect me to pay to ship it and have it repaired.
