Poor customer service!!!!!! I called the store asking about a pooja item and the lady who answered the phone asked me to come in the store to check for the item myself instead of checking the inventory. Then she persisted in telling me that the 'didi' working in the store was not there and will know more. I called again later, learned the didi was still not at the store but yhe person answering the phone had no idea what customer service meant, couldn't check inventory and argued stating you are not my customer!!

I have shopped at this store for over 20 years. I have never been treated this way!! The whole country needs jobs, there are tons of people who can provide better customer service rather people who are clueless about their job duties.

In addition, despite informing the person that i will travel from far, would she first check for thr item instead of me coming to the store and not finding the item she continued saying to check for the item myself. When I asked her for her name, she started and argument and wouldn't reveal her name nor would she answer the questions properly. Wonder what is she working in this store for??? Probably for trying to look pretty??!

I wanted to talk to the store owner directly and she hung up the phone. I would rather shop elsewhere, what a bad experience with a stupid, senseless individual, total...

Very bad customer service from the girl that was working today I walked in and she immediately started yelling that she is having lunch and is closed I proceeded to tell her the hours online doesn’t say anything about closed for lunch and maybe she should lock the door while she is having lunch she proceeded to tell me she can’t have lunch because people keep walking in not only was she extremely rude but not willing to listen I told her I’m not interested in touring the store and just needed one item never will I go back and people need to go to other puja stores in Hayward Fremont and Milpitas who appreciate customers and...

There are some other places where you may get Ganpati idols that the shopkeepers would say are made up of mud & dirt and would dissolve in water, but they don't. I bought an idol from here that was fairly large and on the shop owner's word that it'll dissolve. On the 10th day of Ganapatis, I did visarjan in a tub in my backyard. The idol did dissolve for sure.

This shop is so reliable that let it be last minute shopping of Ganesha idol or tobacco leaves. They'll have it. So, why make them a...
