Hector, the late night Manager, decided that they don't need to actually stay open for their listed hours of operation and had all the food packed up and refused me service prior to the stores listed closing time of 3 am, I just needed a quick meal after work before I went home, and apparently as Hector stated I should chose a competitor instead such as Wendy's or McDonald's, I sure hope the owner of this franchise is aware that Hector turned myself away and at least two other cars behinds mine, most likely so he could go home sooner after his late night shift. There is preclosing where you clean everything but what you absolutely need and there is what Hector did where he just shuts down service, who knows when he stoped service, but it sounds like he probably has it shut down 15-20 mins before close every night he manages, cause I got there ten minutes before closing, now that's a lot of missed revenue for this property that I'm sure ownership would not be happy about, especially since this has never happed at the other location they own on kings canyon and winery. Read moreTonight i placed a specific order and it was totally wrong soft tacos were not heated up and the meat was cold and not correct mind you we live right across the street so i called the restaurant manager he told me he was gonna give me a refund and gave me his word and when i got there he told me how does he know if im lying or not and didn't want to give me my refund. This is my third time going to this store and them not getting my order correct. I dont trust them to redo my order so all i wanted was my money back instead i got called a liar and asked for the food back, still only wanted to refund one taco from my stack box that i order. I went to Taco Bell I ask them manager was asking me how come, I said I don’t know this is my receipt and this is proof of transactions. I think he checked cameras or whatever he was checking he said even that your order money amount is not same. I said I don’t know your employee charge it mean they don’t know the price. He said I can give you different amount not same. The different was some cent. Manager kept my original receipt he give me duplicate. People think they r too smart. Made new receipt with new order no food just for receipt 🧾 🤔. I don’t know how he get manage job even he doesn’t know how his employee charge extra from people. So I said ok give me my money back. I said it’s not about money it’s about honestly. If someone give you card to pay don’t miss use card it didn’t not mean you charge without order. Be honest to your job. Two time bad experience.
