I came here not knowing what exactly I wanted in my wedding ring. After speaking with Ken and learning about his background and experience in the jewelry industry I knew I was in good hands. My husband was extremely impressed with Ken's knowledge and willingness to not only help us make the right choice but with the time he took to explain the process in having a ring designed & made for us. Ken encouraged me to take my time in selecting a design that spoke to me, one that was a reflection of our marriage & union. I have never had a ring made for me from a design I selected so I wasn't sure of how this was going to go. After researching so many rings and making a selection I contacted Ken, & I was excited when Ken said he loved the design and that he would be able to make the ring. Ken Smith and his sons, Brandon and Ryan, are always pleasant and attentive. I have had a few custom jewelries made/repaired at the Diamond Gallery, and they are very well designed and crafted. I lost one ruby earring with an intricate design consisting of a few oval-shaped ruby stones and different shapes of very small diamonds. They were able to duplicate my earrings, and you can't tell the difference between the original earring and the replacement! Another work that they did for me was my diamond ring, which has various size of diamonds. Due to the soft 22-carat gold ring, I decided to repurpose all the diamonds into a different style ring. They helped me redesign my ring, utilizing all of my various-size diamonds. And it looks amazing!
