Tech left gas leaking in our garage after a screw in our tankless water heater was left undone, threw a large bucket of vinegar in water on our grass (he flushed the system), which now has to be replaced, had to have CenterPoint out on an emergency call and was told by them that the regulator he replaced was not supposed to be touched because it is their equipment and it also had a blue sticker on it so gas wasn't getting to the line to the house. He also just left without saying anything with the gas line wide open and heater plugged in. To say I am angry is a HUGE understatement. We were left with a very dangerous situation and now paying for our grass to be replaced on top of everything else. Keith came out Saturday morning and finally fixed the gas leak and the faulty sensor (the actual problem) so we could have hot water after three days and refunded our money but there's no way I would recommend this company after what they put us through. I've also demanded payment for the grass replacement...we will see... absolutely...
