(UPDATE) after some time it feels the gym's potential has slowed and turned into another planet fitness gym, you can't use chalk, boxing equipment is pretty much 1 Bag the rest is locked away in a outside cage room, they were adding mats but then it disappeared, manager made promises that never happened like them adding mats for wrestling or any martial arts even teaching takewondo classes telling us we would be able to use the mats in a couple week but they disappeared, it was a big deal breaker, heard from a friend the manager told them they were gonna add a ring when he saw them boxing that was like a year ago, while the juice bar is good its dead no one really buys from the nutritional and supplement shop and they raised the member prices including family bundle from $10 per member to $80 regardless of how many is in it from 6 members to 5 now. They add 1 machine every 3-4 months, They should merge the nutrition shop with the juice bar and replace the nutrition room with a mat room with padding on the walls so people can practice wrestling or judo and any other martial arts that would make meup my review to full stars again, this Gym has so much potential since it next to a lot of neighborhoods and can be one of the top gyms but it needs to meet its potential not add 1 variation of a squat machine every 3-4 months and add what they don't have like a mat room something no other gym has in fresno, but for now it's...

Xpress Fitness!! Only $25 a month for the membership here. It’s hard to pick what I like best about this gym! I’ve been going to gyms & into fitness for 20+ years. I’ve lived in 13 states in America & been a member of corporate gyms & small gyms all over. Some of my favorites are In-Shape & 24 hour fitness. Xpress Fitness has only been open for two years & the improvements & maintenance made in equipment have been outstanding. This place is always kept clean This gym has every piece of equipment you need in a conventional gym like benches free weights & cable machines. plus all the extras like deadlifting platform, row machines, fitness studio with a variety of classes, boxing membership going 4 days a week for two hours for only $140 a month!! Conveniently located on shields & Brawley here on the west side of Fresno. Before this place there was nothing in the area so it would make sense if this gym opened just to take advantage of people & make money. However that’s not the case! The management & employees are very professional & quick to address all your questions, concerns & even suggestions. Looking forward to seeing what new equipment comes in next & so grateful for this awesome & friendly gym. I had a membership here for a year. Paid 35$ a month for two people. It’s down the street from my house so I don’t really mind paying the 35. But honestly I just ended my year with them and they tried to charge me an annual fee of 50$ , not only that, but 50$ PER PERSON & pay the monthly fee of 37$ . Which equals out to 137$!!! Oh myyyyy. Okay that’s not the crazy part, luckily I didn’t have 137$ in my account when they tried pulling it out , that would of been a shocker!!! So yeah I cancelled my account and joined planet fitness . I only paid 6$ down, the annual fee is only 36$ and I pay 22$ for black card which I can bring 1 free person. It’s a little more of a drive but wayyyy better. Plus this gym only has so many machines and free weights. The free weight area is always crowded with groups of high school kids hogging the benches...
