July 3, 2023 was my third time to visit the Friendswood Tx location. Everyone very nice and frozen yogurt is good. The reason for the 1 star is my credit card was used unlawfully after I left. My fault for accidentally leaving it due to full hands and mind preoccupied with getting frozen yogurt to my brother with very late stage cancer. After realizing I didn’t have my card, my Apple wallet indicated the card was swiped twice after I left the store. First time I called the store they said my card wasn’t there. After the card showed pending charges I called back they admitted to having the card. I asked my sister in law if she could please pick it up, since I was no longer in the area. When she arrived the manager said it would take 3 weeks to credit back the fraudulent charges but she could give back cash. Manager also said one of the customers (thief) was still in the store when they “realized” my card was in the machine so they asked that they pay for their yogurt. Also refuted that I called the first time. After giving my sister in law my card back and money they said “thank you”. No “sorry for your inconvenience for having to wait while clearing this up…. Or …. Here is a gift card for all the trouble this has caused “. Not only did no one attempt to call me, since I signed up for reward with my phone number!!!! They had the nerve to admit they knew there was a problem but acted like they would keep all the transactions if I had not called the...

I am a single mother, a woman of God as well, and truly God is at work in this establishment. Im typically not a frozen yogurt kind of woman, but felt God call me, Yes even to something like this, He works for ALL who love him. When you walk in, they have God's music playing, they treat everyone with high quality service, and go the extra mile. I have been here at least three times in the last few weeks, and I get someone new every time, yet the same whole hearted service is given. Our Lord is at work within this place. Come and See for yourself. Even "the Lion of" JUDAH works here through a man named Judah and he helped me when I brought our daughter as a reward for all of her hard work. I only had $8 in my bank account, and not realizing how quickly it would add up, and even simplifying to keep it within the range, because my daughters ice cream was only $2 I thought, okay yay! maybe I can afford one for myself! (I've grown to open my heart for a love now for frozen yogurt) but sure enough it came out to $11 and as I started to take out some out to bring down the cost, Judah stopped me, and in an act of kindness gave me the ice cream at a discounted rate. All of those who hear this, pray for, and come to bless these people of which the Lord is working. There are many who are called, yet we are Chosen, our brothers and sisters among us. The shop is always clean, including the restrooms, which I truly appreciate. It’s clear that cleanliness and presentation are a top priority here. What makes this location really stand out, though, are the thoughtful details and the positive, uplifting energy.

There are games and fun activities for kids (and kids at heart), making it more than just a dessert stop—it’s a wholesome outing. But what truly touches my heart is how they’ve woven their faith into the space. You’ll find scriptures thoughtfully placed throughout, little reminders of Jesus in every corner. It’s peaceful, encouraging, and refreshing in today’s world.

The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming—every single time we visit. Their kindness and joy are consistent and genuine. And the music? Absolutely beautiful—soft, serene Christian music that soothes your soul while you enjoy your treat.
