Marty is an icon of professionalism. I needed a new suit for my daughter's wedding. Marty helped me make my decision within minutes. He knew what type of suit I needed for the occasion, and after a few minutes of conversation, Marty had a sense for my taste. When I went to pick up the suite, it needed additional alterations for a proper fit. There was no problem- the suit was ready the next day. If you need a cheap suit, Sam Cavato's is definetly not your place. If you want an old school, locally owned buisness that will cater to you with quality, Sam Cavatos is your place. I’ve been purchasing clothes at Sam Cuvato’s for years and I’ve had great experiences there. I went back just now to purchase pants for an upcoming trip. The salesman I normally deal with was on vacation. Another gentleman started to wait on me. He asked me if I knew what the brand name was of the pants I wanted to purchase. I said, yes, they are “Meyer”. He went to reach into a cabinet to pull out a pair of pants. I simply said, oh, are those Meyer pants? This was my 1st time visiting this establishment. I was looking for some some nice, stylish dress shoes. Unfortunately I did not find any & the gentleman who helped me informed me that Mr. Cavato hadn't ordered any new styles in since the pandemic & probably wouldn't be ordering any new inventory until Fall. The gentleman who helped me was very pleasant & helpful. The store was nice & I liked the fact that their casual & sport dress attire was on the main lower level & their suits & dress accessories were on the 2nd floor. The prices were a lil' high, but the items are quality made. They don't have alot of parking. The dress shoes started at $175 & went up to almost $700. This is a "High End"...
