Jim is the best detailer in St. Louis, hands down. He treated my car like it was his own child. From the initial consultation to completion, Jim showed a great deal of care about getting me what I wanted, had great attention to detail, and provided timely updates with pictures. He researched, studied, and phoned friends to provide a full-service, white glove experience that far exceeded my expectations. I went in hoping to have a few cosmetic things fixed, and I left with the full list of items I wanted touched up handled better than I thought possible. Including: removing ALL of the chips, nicks, and small dents before clear coating, which made my 2019 car look better than new; fixing blemishes where I curbed my rims that now look new again; replacing rusty rear rotors; making my Brembo brake calipers look brand new after putting my car on a lift, removing the wheels, and steam cleaning them; working with a leather specialist to make my weathered beige steering wheel look, feel, and even smell new; working with a body shop to replace things I didn’t even know were flawed until he pointed them out and painting some areas touch-up paint wouldn’t do the trick on; and even sending my car out to have my windows tinted just b/c he has shops he worked with and wanted to handle it for me while he was doing all of the other work. I couldn’t be happier with Jim’s work, attention to detail, and personal care for providing top notch service. It’s also helpful that he has a bay in a car dealership and leverages their full set of resources and a talented team to do phenomenal work. Jim and his team are excellent at what they do and provide top tier client service. I purchased a used vehicle with substantial paint damage and took it to Jim for paint correction and a ceramic coating. I could not be happier with the results. Jim color-matched and filled in small rock chips, buffed and polished the scratches out of the paint, cleaned the wheels, tires, and brake calipers, and applied a full-vehicle ceramic coating. My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Jim set reasonable expectations for what could be fixed, and then far exceeded them.

Throughout the process, I received texts from Jim with pictures of the car and detailed descriptions of what services were being performed.

Jim obviously takes pride in his work and wants you to leave completely satisfied. When he handed the keys back to me, he told me to get the car out in different lighting for several weeks and let him know if I noticed any areas that needed additional attention, then bring the car back for any touchups.

Because Jim works in connection with Honda of Frontenac, I also asked that the dealership swap out the tires on my car for all-weather tires. Jim didn't want to load the dirty old tires back in my freshly-cleaned trunk, so he drove them over to my house for no cost. This is the quality of service you can expect from...

Last week I scheduled routine maintenance at Honda of Frontenac. They offer detailing through Frontenac Detailing. I've never had this service before and decided to check it out. Although $240 seemed a bit pricey, my doggie mobile interior was pretty nasty with hair and a my few attempts at cleaning up dog barf. With spring around the corner this was the perfect time to get winter's grime off the exterior too. I expected it to take about 5 hours and received a call from Jim 3 hours later letting me know my car was finished and when I'd like to pick it up. They had a cancelation and were able to get 3 team members working on it. He asked if I had any questions. We discussed my clean-up attempts on the back seat and they were able to steam it out. He also offered advice and sent me a business card for getting an exterior scratch repaired. When I went to pick-up my car at the dealership, I almost didn't recognize it... Absolutely gorgeous inside and out!! It even smelled clean without any fake overpowering scent. I would definitely recommend them and will probably make this part of my spring...
