
terrible service. went it with a brown root but warm light hair, asked to simply go lighter on the roots and highlights/lowlights for dimensions. beachy blonde and showed and explained multiple different reference pictures. came a little closer to what i wanted after first attempt but still much too cool on the roots, explained that and only wanted to add some more warmth to the roots and a few lowlights since the hair was a solid blonde color. after second attempt in the same day, ended up getting a dark toner put overtop of all of my hair and left with a greenish tint to my hair. i had also paid for hair extensions that were supposed to match my recoloring, but i was so unsatisfied with my color that i asked to reschedule to get it touched up again and texted very politely to the stylist to fix this. she told me she didnât see green herself and blocked my number completely. finally got booked for a recoloring by the manager, expressed that i was worried about pushing the hair extension date back because it could take a while to order and i was scheduled to leave the city soon. manager reassured me there would be time for my extensions to be put in and rebook before my leaving date. went in and was given a completely different stylist who not only didnât give me at all the highlights i wanted but i sat in foils for two hours with preblonded hair and came out with a DARK brunette hair color and very grey highlights that went throughout my hair, making it look like gray hairs at 20. asked new artist to correct and add warmth and she told me she didnât see white but after âtoningâ it for the second time, admitted that the original color âwas super white.â at this point itâs been four redos of my hair and it can not take any more processing. i stressed the health of my hair as i was trying to maintain the growth of it, but my hair is completely dried out and just breaking so much than before. i spent $250 to go through four different sessions to end up with brown hair and they refuse to refund because i had added a warm toner to my bangs that framed my face because i was embarrassed to be seen the way that i left the salon on the first time. rest of my hair was left completely as i left it the first time but not even a partial refund for any of the coloring that was done. when i went to rebook for the extensions which was the entire reason i wanted to get my hair done in the first place, they told me the next available appointment wouldnât be for ten days after i was already scheduled to go on vacation even though i had talked about this with the manager previously. had to call literally every day to work to get the $300 back for my hair extensions because they refused to prioritize resolving the issue. just so unprofessional and unapologetic. stylists seemed nice enough during the experience but the way it was handled when a customer is not satisfied is so unprofessional. down $250 and my healthier hair because of the negligence of...
   Read moreI tried to do this private but they never addressed the issue. Here is my experience in salon image for my wedding day. I was there multiple times for my wedding week (October 12, 2019). I had my hair, makeup done on that day. I had an appointment with Carly. Unfortunately, there was coastal flooding I had to detour and made it 30 minutes late to my appointment. Carly, was really unprofessional torwards me and my lateness to the appointment. As soon as I arrived she indicated me that I was late ( which I already knew) then she said she didn't have time to do my hair. She had multiple appointments and she could not accommodate my wedding hair do. I explained my situation. She said she was going to be brutally honest but she didn't see a possibility to accommodate my hair do in the salon that day. I immediately started crying hopeless about my situation. I felt uncomfortable with her doing my hair and that she didn't have any professionalism on how she approached my situation on my wedding day. After a couple of minutes she apologized on how she approached me. She blowdry my hair and I went along with my make up appointment with Brooks. Brooks was amazing. She complement me and she made me feel special. After that appointment Erica was going to finish my hair but she had another appointment. She indicated that they weren't going to accommodate me and that I needed to call other salon to finish my hair do. Which was heartbreaking and I did started calling other salons for my hairdo. A couple of minutes passed. The front desk person (I believe her name is Kayla) said she didn't work today doing hair but she could not leave me like that in my wedding hair. She was kind and amazing. She did an amazing job in my hair. She save my wedding day. Salon image did not manage the situation with professionalism.
