Only leaving a star bc I have to in order to comment. This place has gone down hill fast!! "Under new management" and still ripping ppl off. I had been a Loyal customer for YEARS. Earned a months free. Went in to get us a bed and my kids a new bed. Had to order their bed and our mattress. Finally got ours but they sent a dresser and night stand we only asked for a bed. I thought it came with the deal. Was paying $60 a week thinking it was for the bed and a kids bed while we waited on them. And was told it would be better to have the months free go on one of the kids bed. They told me they would have the kids beds in by 4 weeks. After 4 weeks and no beds I started calling them getting the same old they aren't told when just 4 weeks. Found out the $60 was for our bed only. We hadn't even started on the kids bed yet. Then get told they can't find one kid bed and the other kid bed wasn't what we ordered. So I made them come get my bed and be done with it. I was never given a full detail price on what we'd be paying for weekly and for what. No invoice. I would have never agreed to that willingly. They were pushy bc I was in a obvious hurry with an impatient husband and kids. So I'm sure it was not pointed out if it was there so I'd overlook it. Told them to come get the stuff. They said they have my info if anything happened to the Furniture bc it was on my porch. They were asked to pick it up. They finally did and knocked on the door I refused to answer. I have nothing else to say to them. The furniture was used and I made sure to take photos of it the day we got it and the day they came out I have it on camera of the condition of it all. Very bad and unprofessional business. They lost a loyal customer.    Read moreOk,long story short.I have been a loyal customer going on 5years because i just can't offord to pay cash for certain things I want there is no way.being on a certain income basics.ok back to it I started off good but in between time I have had my say so's at times with the customer service with certain ones I have bumped heads with.But continuing on.on different occasions the items I have purchased i always pay off.when its that time to pay off they do bomb rush you to add more! items and every time I do it again. when I've said im done...after I pay this off are pay that off lol but anyway when it comes to certain things in questioning on the 6month pay off and if not paid off it goes back up.that's the only part I have a problem with,but I will give them they flowers if you are a loyal customer and you pay on time no missed payments they will give you more time and they will work with you.if they feel that its a chance that they rather keep you as a Loyal customer they will step up and do what they have to do to make you happy. yes I've had my ups and downs with buddies but at the end of the day they come through. when you lease expect them to.just have patience and be respectful they will handle it the best way they can .I can say it feels like family at time when Im in the store.Don't give up just let them do they job they will get you right its been a ride.but its well worth it.they will work with you if you work with them just give them a chance it depends on you!!! thanks to buddies!!!! đ I have paid off a king size bed,a deep freezer,75inch flat screen,sectional couch,computer tower,and now im working on a beautiful black tv stand electric fire place, somebody body stop me please!!!!!    Read moreAt first buddys was great. I was on auto pay so no problems. That included insurance on my couch. It got ripped so i made a claim, waited n waited, finally let management know not to debit me til my couch was fixed. Seemed not to be a problem. 2 months later the couch gets fixed, so lets pay again. ( agreement between myself & management) now comes pay off time. Call one employee my pay off is beginning price,then w another it was 800, then finally upper management says 213.00 sounds better ive AUTOMATIC paid for a year now. Go in pay off in full n 2 weeks later get a certified letter from their affiliated law firm that i have to return MY property. Needless to say i dont have to bc its paid but these last fee months n last few payments have been really difficult with them. N management has changed at least 3 times since my initial purchase to where no1 knows who's who or whats going on. I would really need something to purchase through them again ,unfortunately. Oh n while we are at it , jus another example of no1 knowing whats going on. I walk in to pay off knowing the amount, i ask the associate whats my pay off price, he comes at me with 1059.00 , where do they get these numbers for real. Not ONE employee knew my actual pay off, but i had the letter so i did. Jus another example of them jus throwing something out. If need be to deal w them id deal w n ask to speak to management ONLY.
