My children's grandmother bought them a bedroom set each October 2023. One of the sets (blue) the paint chip off the dresser and footboard after 1 month. The other bedroom set (black) had the several issues. They delivery people didn't put enough planks under the bed to hold the mattress. The planks were missing screws and the bottom wooden stands. We called to get let then know about the issues and we were told by the lady on the phone to buy paint for the blue bedroom set. The black bedroom set the lady set up a time for delivery guy to come and add planks to the bed. When the guy arrived he told me he didn't have enough screws to fix all of them and he didn't have the support wooden stand to go under it. So he fixed so it wouldn't fall until he could get the support stands. The stands came in 3 weeks later and we put them on ourselves and adding other screws. Now 9/1/24 the black bedroom set headboard has fallen out when we moved his bed to clean behind it. We notice that there were 5 holes in the back of the headboard on one side and 6 holes in the back of the headboard on the other side. There was only two screws holding one side and three screws holding the other side. The screws were definitely too short for the headboard. Overall the lady tried to fix the issue but the delivery people need to be better trained on how they assemble the furniture. Beverly was more than flexible and helpful with the financial part. She was an absolute joy to work with. A delivery date was set at that time, with no disappointments. The morning of delivery, Beverly called and confirmed. The delivery truck was at my house with another call, to make sure I was ready. Barrett was the nicest, most efficient delivery and set up person I ever could have asked for. The delivery men were wearing masks and respectful of my home.
