House of Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Gaffney

I'm posting this here since they have deactivated their Facebook page after I complained about service. They have NOT reached out to me at all. Everyone should know not to spend their money at a business that doesn't care about their customers.

I don't go in to eat at House of Pizza anymore because the past 3 times I've been, waitresses have been rude. The last time I went, the waitress never came back to check on us after taking our order and our food took almost an hour to come out so I just requested it be put in to-go boxes. I didn't know why I thought tonight would be any different. I called in my food. When I got there to pick it up, there wasn't anyone at the counter. I waited for about 5 minutes and finally 2 people (a young girl and a lady with dark hair...maybe a manager) came from the back. I didn't get greeted...I was completely ignored by both of them. The lady was talking to the girl about doing a discount incorrectly, the girl was clearly irritated and grabbed her purse to give back $4 to put in the register, the manager just tossed the receipt they were disputing on the counter and walked back to the kitchen. Another girl comes out (I still haven't been spoken to), and she and the girl start talking to each other about the incident...both with an attitude...while I'm still standing there. Literally with my hand on the counter, waiting. Finally the girl looks up and says "you had a call in...whats the name?". No greeting at all. I told her my name, she just told me my total and I paid. Then without saying anything she reaches up and grabbed the guy behind me. I still didn't have my food...no one went to get it. Finally, the girl who had taken money from her purse sighs and says " what was that name again?" And goes to get my food. She hands it to me and I leave while trying to control my temper. I get home and the food wasn't even correct.

First of all, is my business not important enough to them that not 1 of the 3 people at the counter can acknowledge me? Second, if a manager has an issue with an employee, handle it at another time...not in front of customers while STILL IGNORING customers. Finally, my business obviously doesn't matter, because they deleted my post on their FB page without reaching out to me AT ALL. None of my money will be spent...

I have been to this place several times. And everytime I have been there i really enjoyed the food. This time we ordered a bunch of different things including 2 Strombolis and a chicken alfredo. 1 Stromboli was made right and the other was not. We took it back and they made it right. The chichen alfredo was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like straight pepper and rosemary I think. When I reached out to the restaurant about the alfredo, which I wasn't trying to even get money back or anything but wanted them to know the quality of the food. They acted like I made it wrong or something. The woman who I guess is the manager is rude. When I brought the Stromboli back it took her forever to figure out that I just didn't want mushrooms on one of them and she seemed to get aggravated that they made it wrong. She was the same person who I made contact with about the alfredo. Sadly I will not be going back due to the attitude...

The food is good but they are very inconsistent with the size of their pizzas. We always have ordered a large pizza and sometimes it's pretty big and decent sized crust but then sometimes the regular crust is very thin and smaller and definitely not a a large but bigger than the small. It all taste good but when your spending almost 20$ for a large pizza it shouldn't be that small.... I've even asked is it thin crust and they say it's not but it looks like a thin crust medium not a normal large. I hope they get consistent on pizza dough sizes. With the price they are charging they should always be 15inch large size but alot of times their not....this last time the pizza seemd small I wanted it remade but our friends pizza was like that too so whoever was making tve pizzas was being cheap on the dough. Also this last time we ordered fried pickles and they were very white and doughy very...
