Came with my family because we needed a new refrigerator. I wanna show my appreciation and gratitude towards Cathy, Sonia, and Scott. As they were all very helpful. They were respectful and patient. They stayed until after close to make sure we leave with a new refrigerator as we need one. They were respectful and understanding to my hearing impaired parents. They even called customer service to help change the phone number in the system because my parent’s needed their text number instead of their Video Relay service number. So they can receive the links needed to complete the process. They advocated for my parents. Seeing how complicated it can be to navigate the world with a hearing complication. They did their best to talk with my parents as I interpreted. They seen us a couple times since their grand opening. They described me as always smiling. Customer service is something that in my opinion is very important, and these days is often not up to par in most Businesses of any kind. That is certainly not the case with Hometown Furniture. Jalen G Was able to assist me in finding the perfect recliner for my mother. Believe me, her request was not an easy one. The warranty program that they offer is amazing. They even had the chair in stock. I was able to take it with me the same day. My mom Loved it so much that she’s going to send me back for another one. I have lived in Gainesville for 4 years and have been searching for a furniture store, I had gone all over to find a couch and could never find something I loved or a store that impressed me with their selection. Today, my boyfriend and I found Hometown Furniture and let me start off by saying, I loved the Gator theme. The store was very well organized and had many options to choose from! Different styles and sizes, I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly, and the two gentlemen were a delight at the front but I would like to personally give a huge thank you to Kathy.
