Bill, My name is Judy Smith, and I recently visited your store for the first time upon the advice of a friend who enthusiastically recommended your printing department. Needing to print 30 booklets for my study club and forced to be as economical as possible by our treasurer, I arrived at the store on Wednesday afternoon, last week. LaVerne greeted me cordially, we discussed my needs and I left the store after having also found a desk chair to buy among your used furniture items. I met your son during that transaction. LaVerne called me the next day as promised and I returned to pick up my printed booklets. Upon seeing the booklets, I was thrilled because LaVerne had listened carefully, had understood that I wanted the booklet to be very attractive, but did not have her vision. She created a beautiful cover which was ten times more attractive than the one I had described!!!! Besides that, I was able to have my booklets printed, folded, stapled and boxed for slightly less than $1.00 each within 24 hours. As I stood around the store, it became clear to me that LaVerne is more that your everyday employee. Friendly, calm and totally concentrated on me and my needs(even while being barraged by questions from co-workers), she wrote my order and then completed the transaction the next day. She is unusually capable of total concentration even while multitasking and interruptions from others. Certainly you are aware of the value of such an efficient and capable employee, buit I could not have had better, friendlier service anywhere,anytime! Therefore, I recommend commensurate compensation (a good raise) for this wonderful young lady.

Your son, Bill, was also unusually helpful in finding exactly the desk chair I wanted, EXACTLY! It was a used chair in excellent condition and I was able to trade the chair that I had, also in excellent condition, for that chair. All in all, my visit to Office Pro's was completely successful thanks to your good people.

I needed 1 copy from this business. When you need to print copies here you must wait until the person before you finishes before you can use the 1 computer they have available for customers to access for printing copies. There are 3 designated computer stations, with 2 computers, but only 1 is available for use. If someone is using the 1 computer you are told to wait or you can come back. You have the option to send the file in an email and they will print it for you but you must pay an additional $0.85…or wait. This has been my experience the last 3 times I have needed to make copies. One person was designing a poster of energy drinks, the next time the person was writing a resume, and this last time a novice was trying to print a book and had no idea what they were doing. I could’ve been there waiting for hours! The new office has the space allocated and available to hold 3 functioning computer stations to serve their customers needs, but they decide to make you wait or upscale you to a higher cost service. This used to be a great place to make copies but not anymore. If you need to run in and print a copy, go somewhere else..If you have hours to waste while someone designs posters, then this...

Wow - top notch service from Jose Vera and Office Pro's!!! I purchased a nice used L-shaped reception desk and lateral filing cabinet in December 2022. Could not take immediate delivery, so they were holding it. Unfortunately it all got ruined due to their basement flooding during the Christmas deep freeze. Jose called to tell me the bad news, but said not to worry -- they were going to bring me the same kind of desk and file, and I would be happy. A few weeks later, they delivered brand new versions of the used pieces I had selected. Yes, I was happy! They did send the wrong keyboard tray, though. I let Jose know, and a few days later, they brought a different one. It was slightly too large, so they tried again, and it was perfect (I am pretty sure they custom made this keyboard tray for me).
