X-Mart Adult Supercenter — Local services in Gainesville

Where do I start? First of all the building itself is rundown ( much like the staff and products inside) I tripped on a loose tile . The items inside are all overpriced and pretty basic. A lot of items were scattered all around in sections like someone was just filling in the space on walls . Item tags if you notice are not same as product. If your into anal that's their biggest section. Fitting for the employees working there and I guess what is supposed to be a manager ( the guy always sitting in office that never seems to step out when an employee is struggling with customers. Products are cheap, I literally watched employee struggle trying to get 2 separate products to even work. I've been in this place a few different times over the past few years and same products, employees change out a lot. There were some decent staff at one time but yea you can get better products in produce section or online at reputable sites. My advice if you REALLY enjoy enjoying yourself or others STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE try some of the spots in Tampa ,online , for god's sake Spencer's in the mall . I haven't been to the store yet and I already feel uncomfortable about going I called to see if they had what I wanted the gentleman said they had the product so I asked him how much for the product he said unfortunately he couldn't discuss that over the phone then I asked him what does the prices range from he said unfortunately that falls under the same question. I read other reviews about possible price gouging at this store idk how true it is but I don't feel confident about shopping here. I've never heard of any establishment not discussing prices of products over the phone. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. LINGERIE COMPANY INSTEAD! Every single time (7 times now) I come to this store the staff is rude and unprofessional. They are more concerned with reprimanding you for not following the bag policy than selling you goods. They also touch your personal belongings without your permission and set them under the counter where you can't see them & can't seem to comprehend why that would make you upset.
