We arrived at 10:30 a.m. and left at 12 p.m. without ever receiving food.We were sat within 10 minutes, but then we sat there for 30 minutes without a waiter/waitress, at least introducing themselves or even acknowledging us, even though they passed by us and looked at us multiple times. Then, when we finally ordered, the drinks came out in a timely fashion, but then we waited an additional 45 minutes for the food. We understand it may have been busy, but nobody came to check on us, except once, where a waiter made excuses about how busy it was, and that it was a day after a big game. I have worked in the hospitality business and in the service industry, and this was a bad job of communication between those waiting on people and bad management. If it really is that busy, management should be directing people on the floor and checking on tables to make sure things were satisfactory in such a "busy" setting. Also, in a situation like that, the wait staff should be apologetic and should communicate with each other to avoid things like this from happening. There should be no reason a waitress should have to wait an area not belonging to them. Also, I mentioned to the hostess that we had no one at the very least introduced themselves and asked if someone could help us, and we still weren't waited on. Overall, the wait staff were incompetent and failed at doing the simplest of things to manage how busy they were. Not only that, but I witnessed wait staff hanging out by the drink station, while more than 10 plates of food sat on the counter, ready to be served. At that point, my wife and I were fed up with the waiting, and so were my 3 and 1 year olds, so we got up and left. Thanks for the free coffee, but that was a terrible excuse of a wait staff. Thank you to the lady who noticed me and, at the very least, brought us our drinks. Management needs to sit down with that staff and teach them how to manage busy mornings or hire more...

I have written a canticle about my experience: Hark! Upon a fine morn, I didst venture to the house of pancakes, known in these lands as IHOP. Verily, mine hunger was great, and mine hopes were high, yet ne’er did I expect such a feast as was set before me.
Lo! The fair maiden Karlyn, a server of most noble bearing, did attend to mine needs with swiftness and grace. With a smile most kind and a voice as gentle as a summer’s breeze, she did bring forth tankards of coffee black as the midnight sky, ever full, ne’er lacking. She knew well the ways of hospitality, her manner most pleasing and her service beyond reproach.
When at last mine victuals did arrive, I beheld a stack of cakes, golden as the dawn, draped in syrup as sweet as honey from the comb. Fluffy were they, as if kissed by the breath of angels. The bacon didst crackle with a melody most pleasing, and the eggs, cooked to perfection, did shine as the sun upon a fair spring’s day. Each bite was a sonnet, a ballad to the joys of a well-made repast.
The house itself, though humble in structure, was warm with the laughter of kinsmen and the scent of griddle-cooked delights. The price was fair, the portions generous, and the spirit of the place most jovial.
Thus, I do declare, let all who seek a meal of great satisfaction and service most excellent find their way to this IHOP. And should fate be kind, may they find Karlyn at their table, a beacon of warmth in this weary world.
Five stars do I bestow upon this house of pancakes, for it hath pleased both my stomach...

Horrible experience. We are vegetarian and we come here for the wonderful hash browns but for the past two times we were served horribly. The happy hour meal if you are aware is from 2pm to 10pm. Recently we went and we were given the small servicing of marinara(as shown in the photo below usually they give it in a rounded bowl and when we asked her Sara said that it’s the same size but our experience before with when we got mozzarella sticks we were left with about enough marinara sauce for another stick. One last thing we asked for extra plates we saw FUNGUS on one of the plates.
Edit- I went back to IHOP and thankfully they are now better. I recently had their mozzarella sticks again and it was amazing. Better employees have come now, and I believe the one who waited for my family and I has been honorably discharged from that workplace. If she was removed, I hope she could learn to have better people skills so she could get her job back in another establishment. Overall, my experience this time around was better, and I returned home happy and not like the other time. I have also removed an image that was here before, and changed the stars...
