This "little" shop has been steadily growing over the past several years, thanks to growing clientele attracted by reasonable prices and a good variety. They have withstood the challenge from the Korean supermarket chain Lote that has one full aisle dedicated to ethnic Indian goods and sell most Indian groceries and vegetables at very cheap prices. India Bazaar responded by improving their quality and variety while driving down prices and the cost conscious Indians responded by visiting the store in even larger numbers. They have over the past 6 years purchased two adjacent stores and now look like a mini super mart with numbered aisles and a generous roomy feel.

Read moreOkay here is the thing about these "desi" grocery stores: you go in, find what you want, pay and get out. Dont expect to be greeted, dont expect to be thanked for your business and no, they will not say "thank you, come again!"
Other than that, this place has pretty much everything you'd want/need! Oh did I mention they have KULFI'S?!?! Better yet, different flavor Kulfi's! Try them all and then just buy the whole box. It would be nice if they had multi flavor box too. Side note... always check the price on the shelf and then keep an eye on how much they charge you at...
Read moreFirstly the shop has Poor lighting at night to an extent that we had to use cellphone lights to get around. This shop has crowded placement of shelves. Hardly any place to go around with the cart. Found it very disorganized. The guys who were stocking things were not helpful. Selection of items kept in the shop were good but getting the right item was a pain. Just got the bare essentials and left.
