It's a nice space. If I were rating just on the space itself, I would give that part a 5/5. The "town" is cute and well made, and wonderfully sized just for kiddos. A lot of thought was put into the original design, and details of the kids' buildings are good. Staff was very polite, non-intrusive. The carpet was clean and things were generally dust free.
Safety-wise, I have some serious concerns with flaking paint from toys marked "Made in China" on the bottom. The flaking paint, a 1/5....I totally didn't let my kid keep playing with those, but it was super annoying to try to check all of them before he started playing; I shouldn't have to be checking all of their worn toys to keep my kid safe. This should have been a safe place; they should remove toys from use for either repairs or replacement when they start to pose a hazard.
I was also concerned with the lack of social distancing and lack of facemasks, when the entire target audience for this is pretty much not vaccinated (all kids

The toys are for most age ranges. Infants to 6 year olds will have such a blast here. My child keeps going back to work his imagination and play. We love especially love the diner which simulates a real life diner experience where my son loves to serve me play food and coffee outside the window. We enjoy pretending we are getting haircuts at the hair salon, our cars serviced at the auto center, more gas at the gas station, saving animals at the vet hospital, shopping for groceries at the play store, building at the train area, and saving lives and fighting fire while driving the fire truck and rescuing from the fire house. IT’S SO MUCH FUN!
My son had his 4th birthday at KPG. It was wonderful. The children had a blast. I called the owner a week in advance to plan, and she contacted me for a head count. She suggested that we pay our fee the day of the event which I loved because things sometimes happen and parties don’t go as planned. It also showed their honesty and loyalty.
I threw my son a themed party, so I paid for additional decorations that I wanted, but we could have kept it more simple. What I loved was that the owner let me come in a day before to prepare and offered me a little cart to put my supplies in so I could set up. I had my son with me and he enjoyed setting up for his party.
The following day, infants to 5 year olds came to the birthday party. The kids played, had so much fun, and then an announcement was made to go to the back room for pizza and cake. The employees there helped us serve the pizza which came with our package along with juice (which had already been set up), and and sliced the cake.
This was such an amazing party and served different age ranges. The kids and the parents who joined had such a great time and could not stop talking about it. Some of them had already been familiar with KPG, but loved the idea of having a party there, while others had never been to a play area like KPG and couldn’t wait to bring their children back.
Thank you so much to the employees who made my child’s birthday party so wonderful, so...

There’s not very many indoor play areas for younger toddlers so I was happy to discover this place. It’s a cute play environment, and I wanted to reserve semi-private party. ($499 for 12 kids, 20 adults) for my daughter on a Sunday morning. However, I had to go through the manager/owner and her customer service skills are less than stellar - constant interruptions and roundabout answering. All I wanted to know was why advertise entrance fee of $18/kid (weekdays)/$20/kid (weekends) for “all day play” when that’s not applicable for party rentals (that fact should be clearly stated their the website) as all party members have to vacate both the party room AND the Kids Play Gallery when the agreed upon two hour duration has reached even though the $499 party rental fee includes the $240 (12 kids X $20 entrance fee) entrance fee. Needless to say, I am looking for a different place to have my daughter’s party.
Reaction to ventor review posted on 4/21/2024:
The above review was an honest costumer review who had visited with her husband and 18 mo toddler to play at Kids Play Gallery once before, and after an interaction with both your employee in-person at the Play Gallery and a phone call with the manger/owner regarding for a semi-private 12 children/20 adult $499 package. I gave my opinion and reaction based on what I had read on your website (at the time) and stated facts that were quoted, PLUS on the "less than stellar" (as stated in my post) phone customer service by the owner (which was not addressed in your reaction). How is that "trying to hurt" your small business? There will several points that I raised that were red flags in my review of the Kids Play Gallery; your party policy was the least of my overall negative reaction - it was the rude attitude in which I was treated and my questions addressed. It was not because I wanted to nickel and dime a small business. A part of running a business is to try take ALL reactions and comments to your business neutrally and make...
