United States Postal Service — Local services in Galena

I have had to go to the post office twice in the past 3 weeks to pick up Amazon packages that Amazon said USPS was unable to deliver because their was no access to my driveway or front door. I was home one of those times, so i know they dodnt try. And I just received an Amazon notification for a 3rd time for an order they could not deliver! And I was home yet again! They clearly lie about trying to deliver packages! Especially since they are supposed to leave a slip saying they tried to deliver. This office really needs better employees...

Always getting someone else’s mail or packages or not getting my mail or packages and when you call them they acted like it’s not their fault. And the guy I talked too is very rude. From the moment I reached out to the ladies at Galena post office, they made it their priority to get my package to me, calling other post offices, emailing them.
