Twice Daily — Local services in Gallatin

Today, I was stranded on 386 Vietnam Vets about 1/2 a mile from Twice Daily at 1101 Longhollow Pike Gallatin TN. Battery dead and a altenator that is bad. I had my battery charger with me and my wife came to jump start it with our other car. I called Twice Daily to ask if I could plug in the battery charger somewhere, once I got there, to recharge battery enough to get it back home just 2 miles away. Was told the manager said NO!!!! NO????? HEARTLESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU ANY OF MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN AND WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO DISCOURAGE FAMILY AND FRIENDS FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU! WORD OF MOUTH CAN HELP...

The Twice Daily at Long Hollow Pike and Highway 386 (Vietnam Veterans Blvd) is fantastic! The service at the food coffee ☕️ beverage is wonderful! A young lady named Patrice makes my Sugar Free Vanilla Latte with Almond Milk perfect, much better than Starbucks and the prices are much inexpensive too! The Donuts 🍩 I get there taste better than Dunkin Donuts, Krispy Kream, Gallatin's Donut Place too! The breakfast sandwiches 🥪 are wonderful! I have the egg, bacon, and cheese croissant. The Twice Daily is very clean! Management and Cashiers are very friendly! I highly recommend a stop to this particular Twice Daily on Long Hollow Pk,...

I recently had an experience at this Twice daily’s with a Gm name Jim that was concerning. As a delivery driver, I use a power pallet jack to bring in products. The store manager told me not to bring the pallet jack inside, saying it could damage the floors. I completely understand the concern, but it felt inconsistent when I learned that a white co-worker of mine was allowed to bring his pallet jack into the store without any issues.

It’s important that all employees and vendors are treated fairly and consistently, regardless of race. I hope management can address this to ensure a more equitable environment...
