White Bison Coffee — Local services in Gallatin

I went to White Bison Coffee and entered the drive thru, nobody talked, then i went inside and the lady was not wearing her earset to take drive thru orders so she was never aware that i was in the window waiting to make my order. She refused to serve me a coffee from White Bison. When I asked for coffee, she pointed to another coffee station and said, " There is coffee too." Referring to the regular gas station self served coffees. She had no name Tag, so I couldn't identify her name. But she was white and had a leg casket, blond...

I love the white bison frappe. I have been coming here often in the past year. When I first started to come get my coffee the staff there were amazing. They learned my name and my favorite drink and would start making it for me without having to ask. I felt good about how they made me and I'm sure others feel valued as a customer. Now lately I come in and there is always new staff and I have to explain my drink and I get charged various prices based of here is there. I miss the consistency of staff who took time to learn...

Please tip the employees here as much as you can when you stop in-you’ll see why! They’re sweet as can be and treat you with the kindness of a friend. We went through the drive thru a second time just to get a side of espresso, and even though it wasn’t the employees fault that we like overly strong coffee...she insisted to remake it for us to make sure it was perfect:) It was!! The small things are what make your day, so definitely show them...
