First time ever going on a tour like this and now I want to go back and take all the tours. I can’t remember our guides name but he was very friendly and knowledgeable about any questions we had. I would have also liked to record what he was saying cause it’s a lot to take in. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend this tour

We had the BEST time on this tour! Rob was hilarious and gave us a tour of the rich history of Galveston including pirates, prostitutes, the mob, ghosts, etc. It was so fascinating to hear the events and things that have happened over the years while walking through downtown. We loved it!

This was one of the most NOTHING tours ever! I mean, it was BAD! The guide was friendly enough, but her speech patterns were very awkward, and she rambled on and one, but said nothing. As we walked, she pointed out 5 or 6 buildings, but mostly she’d say “Sit down and let me tell you about…” Then she’d rattle on some more, almost incoherently. Highly recommend. The tour was full of local area history and our guide, Robert Sims, was excellent! He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, respectful, and a good leader of our large group. The weather was great and I have a newfound appreciation for Galveston in the late 1800s and early 1900s. I would certainly take this tour again and bring new friends or family...
