I went to this shop to just browse potential wedding gowns for my October wedding. Not planning on making a purchase I found a gown I loved. Unfortunately the size was off and needed to go one up so the ladies Maria and I can't recall the other (who was the nicest ever) made my experience positive and I felt beautiful. Two weeks later I get the call my correct gown is. I go over the next day, the gown is not only the wrong style but also a completely different color and style number. I was then told by Maria when I tried the original dress on I could diet and exercise to fit the gown better. I was so sad and disappointed that this woman told me (as I am very aware of my weight but not unhealthy by any means) to diet to be able to fit the original dress. I had a full blown panic attack and called my fiance and mom and they told me to demand a refund. They truly were kind about giving my money back but to tell a woman to lose weight to fit a gown when you help young teenagers at times as it is a shop geared more toward Quinceanera gowns. Luckily I'm able to handle a snide comments as such and can roll it off me but a young girl may not too. I won't be returning and pray my experience makes these women think very very carefully about the dresses they offer to...
