Itokos Grill — Restaurant in Garden City

I had went to itokos on Wednesday 10/22/25. I had the worst experience in this building I walked in on the phone with my wife joking and laughing like always. When I walked in, I noticed a woman cleaning a table, but I continued with my conversation joking with my wife saying I’m walking into the restaurant and no one has greeted me. The server then approached me as I spoke to a man asking him did you get greeted? He smerked & said no so we laughed this women got so close to me full of attitude, I ask for her name multiple times. As she approached me she said “what do you want?” I said excuse me? She repeated what do want with attitude & aggressiveness. Got loud. I asked for a manager then she started talking Spanish as if I didn’t speak Spanish said “ apenas acaba de entrar y se está quejando” first off I was joking with my wife but I really didn’t get greeted nor treated very well I spoke to the manager on duty, she really didn’t speak, she didn’t fix the issue she allowed the employee named Leslie to continue speaking Rudely to a paying customer I paid $31.00 this day and have been trying to leave this review for days. It was my second time here first visit sweet people helped us this second time for a pick up I got treated like shit & basically I won’t be coming back. Just want the owner to know the type of employee & staff he/she has because no one stopped this lady from being so rude. “Check the cameras I got there before I received my text that my food was ready. If i could give this 0 stars i would, the service wasn't bad but could have been a lot better, we were told that most of the sides were out of order, as well as not being able to order both pork and chicken eggrolls only pork for whatever reason. In total, we ordered a ramen noodle bowl, a hibachi burrito, a cheese melt, and a thing of egg rolls. total came out to $66 something. The Ramen noodles tasted bland and like the packet ramen noodles you can get at the store, the broth was super salty with no other taste. The burrito was very small and wasn't wrapped properly so everything would fall out we had to rewrap the burrito, the cheese melt looked alright but all the others were disappointing. I do not recommend this place you can make all of it at home and better. The music was also super loud you could hardly talk with your group as the music was louder than regular...

So i went there to try this place and ordered the ramen noodles, the girl was really rude taking my order just by the looks she was giving, was going to order more and decided against it! then i was told they didn't have onions in a rude manner so i had her list what you could add to the order and she said green onions (well its still onion). so i thought I'd try them again through door dash so i didn't have to look at her dirty looks and this time i was really disappointed with the food!! Tastes mexican to me and not Japanese (which i thought it would be being named cousin in japanese) The egg rolls taste like they came from dillons frozen food, well actually all of it did....
