Terrible experience. I strongly believe the general manager Katie was being prejudice towards us. I've been to this location as a guest several times and this was the first time we were told that guests could not stand in the carport area during bidding. Instead the general manager Katie kept approaching us and no one else asking that we stand outside from under the car port and in the rain. And when I calmly asked her for more information and a list of rules and regulations stating this, she could not provide anything. She kept harassing us trying to make us stand in the rain and didn't say anything to anyone else. No one in the carport/bidding area had their stickers properly displayed but for some reason Katie kept coming back to us. At the very least I expected some type of common courtesy especially because of the rain but instead I was greeted with rudeness and what seemed to be prejudice from the "general manager". BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS AUCTION & SHADY CREW .. I have been a buyer in the Southeast for over 30 years. Bought for just about every big name under the sun. So I found a vehicle online. The first thing I did was contact the seller at daniel's chevrolet Mister jake He stated that the vehicle was brand new in every way. My next call was to ANDREW GASCOYNE To see if he would stand behind the CR he stated that he would. I bought the vehicle. I put it on my floor plan paid for it +$615 O. V. E fee plus transportation over Five hours away. This was wednesday morning. Friday at five o'clock I get a call from andrew telling me this is not happening. I replied what isn't happening? it already did two days ago and I paid for it. He told me that the dealer retailed the vehicle and that he couldn't do anything about it. Higher fees than most auctions, adds fees on fees for repos, few of the big name dealers have pretty well overran it with their unsold inventory. They never accept bids unless you go well over book. Havent tried their public auction.

3 stars are due to them though for what the majority of the staff actually controls. There is a pretty rude girl at the front desk. Shes always dry and on her phone and makes you feel like an inconvenience. She was the only one sitting at the front and I went to pay for a vehicle and she cut me off saying she was on lunch and never even looked up at me from her phone. Hopefully someone will address her.
