Excel RC and Hobbies — Local services in Garden City

Typically I don't go on rants or review things to this extent but I am incredibly community driven and love this small hobby of ours. They stock and good amount of everything all over the board: VTX's, FC's, Props, etc. they have it all. From the ground up you can (most of the time) walk out with what you wanted and all the parts. For the DJI guys, looks like they got you covered too. It is awesome to see some AP stuff in house. Prices are damn reasonable for getting this kind of thing in store. They hold courses on multiple aspects of the hobby and do fun-fly whoop events in house which is awesome. Overall it's pretty awesome ,but the only downside is the ego and attitude behind the counter. My experiences have been from a 5-course steak house waiter style to the gun shop "stop wasting my time". I won't drop names but on two occasions personally and one with a friend where we came to buy a complete build and were walked away from half way through assuming because it wasn't quick enough. With an empty building this is just unacceptable. On another occasion with another buddy an employee had assisted him just to walk away to screw with his tiny whoop. Absolutely blood boiling considering the state of the hobby. Long story short you may not have this experience. A couple guys behind the counter are attentive and helpful, others need a warehouse gig . Besides this it shouldn't detract you from heading in yourself. I took the time out to write this to see Excel succeed. The other reviews like this should be taken into consideration. Just my opinion. For now they lost my business in every situation besides smaller items. Maybe I'll give it another chance in 6 months. Love you guys but still. Props to the owner for pitching in to this review and checking up. Means a lot and its great to see. Awesome Hobby shop that caters to Rc enthusiasts and has an Indoor off-road carpet race track for practice and organized racing events. Extensive selection of all Hobby Grade Radio Control Off-road & On-Road Cars, Buggies monster trucks. Covering top of the line off-road racing kits, mainly for racing on their track. But a huge selection of Monster Trucks, Drag Racing, On-Road touring cars, all types of Crawlers, Bashers, Rc Boats, & Smaller Scale Rc Vehicles. Pretty much , every type imaginable. Massive selection of support gear, racing/set-up gear, tools, upgrades & replacement parts for all of the major vehicles & brands. Also all pr the electronics, accessories batteries, servos motors, ESC’s and related equipment for all types of Radio Control Vehicles. The staff was above average friendly & super helpful with showing me items I asked to check out. They’re also passionate & knowledgeable about all aspects of the RC Hobby. Pricing is very competitive as well with retail & online stores. Best customer service I have it was my first time being there today and they help me out a lot they were going to fix my battery for me but they required me to get a new one to make my car go faster and I said sure why not and they were very helpful they help me get a great deal I’m definitely going to go back there again and maybe buy couple more things and maybe a car from them because it was very helpful and love for and they really have some nice customer service and really nice guys they’re really nice place to shop at who is definitely my first time being there though because I used to go to naked hardware store but now I’m definitely going to stop going there or I may still go there but I’m gonna go to the drone store more often because it’s close to my house and they got good customer service really nice Best place to shop at so please go I will definitely give them 100 Star rating to go there so please go there if you guys ever want to buy RC car a drone airplane or a boat or parts because they got it all and they got good customer service I will be definitely going back there 100% they will...
