I do not recommend this place for any of your jewelry or watch needs.

I called in advance to ask if they could fix two watches. They told me to bring them in so they could take a look. After inspecting both, they said they could fix them and change the batteries, quoting me $20/$25 per watch to resize and refit the pins.

Unfortunately, both watches were scratched during the process as he literally drilled the pin down. The damage was obvious, yet I was still charged the full price. Even before I mentioned the scratches, the staff was rude and dismissive.

I paid and left because I was disgusted by the service and even more disturbed by the dishonesty. If you can’t do the job properly, say so. And if you damage someone’s personal or sentimental item, take responsibility.

One of the watches they scratched was a vintage piece passed down to me, and I will never forgive them for that, or the money I paid. I won’t be returning, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this business with...

Came in to check out some necklaces and gold bullion and did not have a decent experience. Was looking at a 2.5g Pamp and asked the price, $200+tax, which is currently going for $135 on APMex, also, it is illegal in the state if Michigan to charge tax on currency. Individual I was dealing with, believe to be the owners son or young apprentice did not have much knowledge on gold or pricing and had to keep going back and fourth to the back office to give us pricing and was being rude, as if I was wasting his time and didn't want to deal with me, so I purchased a set of earrings for my wife and left. Will not be coming back, recommend you find a different gold dealer, there are literally 20-30 different gold dealers/Jewelry stores in the area, they just happened to be the ones open...

They were very rude from the moment we walked in. They charged us $20 for changing a lock when I could have done the same for a fraction of the cost if I had the right pliers. Their jewelry is overpriced and their jewelry is ok. They were selling their jewelry for so much and they were buying our jewelry for 1/2 the price....
