Hard Rock Lanes — Local services in Garden City

Went bowling with my autistic child and our balls were constantly stuck. After the 30 min of constantly telling the staff they were stuck we quit bowling. Went to play games and the ski ball kept breaking down as well. We confronted multiple time about the issues and they basically said the lanes were just fixed or no one was there to fix the ski ball. Owner got very upset when I took a picture so he confronted me, yelling at me with a terrible attitude. He was so close to me I could smell his breathe. He had his arms crossed and very assertive towards me. Telling me I'm not allowed to take pictures even though the phone belonged to me. He threatened to ban me from his place. An owner, Keith Strasser, decided to yell at a lady. He first told her to shut up, then went over to her table, while she was awaiting her turn to bowl. He said that they were going to have a meeting and when she said that she had a question, he YELLED! One can only imagine what was said (Or yelled) in "his" meeting. He was very rude and very unprofessional. This lady is someone's mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother. He should be ashamed of himself! But he won't be because he's too arrogant. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FOR ANYONE...

This is a great place if you are looking for a day of fun. The area is open and well kept and the staff is very friendly! They sell all sorts of drinks and foods including alcoholic beverages.
