Have had nothing but bad experiences purchasing from e world never had complain about it and I've always come back, why? I don't know. I have bought 5 e-bikes full retail price these bikes all had little issues never complain about it because I could fix it so I didn't make a big deal but this time I think it was too much my LED headlight button had a short and started to smoke set right back this happened about a week later than I had originally purchased barely had used it it was brand new maybe 5 to 6 mi run everything was still new when I came back to pick it up cuz it was supposed to be done the guy said they swap the frame which is BS because they not only swap that but they also stopped my tires didn't realize until I had a flat my tires were completely worn out I don't know how I didn't check when I picked up the bike I'm not even going to go complain about it anymore I just won't come back at all I do not recommend this place to my worst enemies not too mentioned the worst service looks like their mechanics are not even certified for this type of job and looks like they learn how to make business on the streets this is not the kind of service you provide to a customer when they pay full price I will never come back not even to...

They advertise on “Offer Up” under false pretenses to have customers come in to their store location. I wasted my time driving into their store this morning under the idea that I was going to finance a PlayStation 5 using progressive leasing at a total of $1199 over a 12 month period. This is how their advertisements are being conveyed to the general public. When I showed up, I was told that they are selling the Playstation 5 for $1200 cash and with progressive financing it was going to be $2400 at the end of 12 month leasing period. After speaking with the manager and seeing him take the position that they did absolutely nothing wrong and will not honor what was advertised to me, I threatened that I would come on here and let the world know that they are the wrong people to do business with because they will lie to you to get you to come into the front door and then smile at you and act like they can’t help you unless you pay their asking price. If they were honest from the beginning, I would’ve never came in, and that’s the purpose behind this review. If you shop here you will be ripped off and you will be manipulated, but they do it with a smile...

Where do i start here. First went there and they seemed very nice and friendly, then things went bad. I wanted to buy a computer from them and they got busy, so the manager sat there and talked to guys he knew helping them with some sign in problem. I sat there for 57 minutes and he didnt even acknowlege me and i was going to spend 1400 dollars, so i left. Then i get a phone call from them asking me if i still want it cause another person wants to buy it, i said yesssssssssssssss i want it, but i was already home. Told him i will come back in the morning FOR SURE AND BUY IT, he calls me at 9pm that night and told me he sold it, REALLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

So im upset but i went back and told them i want to build a custom computer, hackingtosh, so he takes down all the parts i told him i want, and said he would giive me a price, well guess what, its 8 days later and no phone call nothing. They have no customer service skills whatsoever, and there just not good sales people, i will never step foot in this...
