Feteer & Cuisine Misr — Restaurant in Garden Grove

This is the most confusing place. I come through the front, doors are closed but people are there eating, I ask how this works, people that work there told me just go in and they will come to you. I sat there for a good 30 mins. And noone came. Workers are just sitting down. No point in coming here, kinda unfortunate cause I'm egyptian and was looking forward to egyptian food cause I haven't had it in a while.

Update: no misunderstanding, I came in at 1:25, Google said you guys open at 1. I walk in the doors are closed but someone told me to walk in, it seems like the place is also used like a breakroom for employees. Your server was sitting down on her phone chatting with other employees, smoking a vape. She was sitting right behind me, 10 mins passed and she walked to the doors to open them, she then came back and sat in front of me with her back towards me, talking on the phone and smoking again. This place is amazing!!!! The atmosphere, the music, the team, the food, everything there is just perfect! I was craving fish with Rada for sooooo long and when my friend told me about that spot I was super excited. It turned out to be more than DELICIOUS!!!! And that’s why am writing this review, coz it’s truly worth trying. If you come from a coastal city like Alexandria you know what good seafood is and nothing impresses you easily but let me tell you that this place certainly did! The feteer is way better than anyone else I’ve tasted here and words are not gonna do just to their fresh Egyptian mango juice!!!! Absolutely incredible Egyptian food! I've been lucky enough to taste this cooking for the past year before even she opens a store , and chef eman flavors never disappoint me . Now that she's opened her own store, everyone gets to experience her delicious dishes. From perfectly spiced Egyptian grilled fish to mouthwatering hawawshi (authentic ground beef sandwiches), and what wins my heart the most the Egyptian shawarma sandwich 👌👌👌every bite is a taste of Egypt 🥰
