Giant Manhattan Pizza — Restaurant in Garden Grove

Recently moved to the Anaheim California Area. Being originally from NYC. No west coast pizza can compare to NY pizza. Let’s face it, There’s something in their water that can’t be duplicated ANYWHERE! I lived in Las Vegas for years. And Joes NY pizza was the best there. But this Manhattan pizza on Katella Avenue is damn good !!! I highly recommend it! Update: after ordering this pizza over 10 times I had my nieces and nephews over visiting and the kids wanted me to order them a pizza I called and ordered the pizza at 1 o’clock this afternoon and it was already 215 in the afternoon and I did not receive the pizza I called in asking what had happened to the pizza and I only live across the street from the store the manager told me it’s on its way and not to worry we’ll do pizza didn’t arrive for another 15 minutes and sure enough when it arrived it was ice cold I had never prior to this ever complained about their pizza because we enjoy it so much but when I complain to the manager that the pizza came cold and how would he compensate me and that I was a regular customer and I had ordered over 10 pizzas in the past he told me that he would give me half off any order in the future . I told him that he should give us a free pizza in the future not half off he refuse to so I told him he is losing me as a customer You lost a five star review and a regular customer that’s not a way to run a...

Ordered a pizza as a walk in customer and they nailed it. Since then I've ordered three pizzas over the phone for delivery and three times my pizza wasn't made to order. Pretty simple order of extra thin crust, peperoni, well done and square cut. First delivered pizza was far from even being thin, nowhere near well done and was hardly cut. Had to rip pieces to be able to eat it. Second pizza was a tad thinner and cooked a little better and cut in squares. Ordered my third pizza last night and while it was thin, it was far from being fully cooked let alone well done. Each order was repeated back to me over the phone but whomever is doing the actual cooking isn't paying attention to the requests made in the order. Horrible service. The giant female is very disrespectful. She will make the customer seem like they don’t know what they are asking on their pizza. I ordered pizza and asked nicely on what i want on my pizza. She miss understood and when I explained it in a way for her understand, she said “that’s exactly what i was telling you” then the old giant head cook on her right called us “pendejos” I asked him if he said that and he said yes because we are confusing. I said that’s bad customer service, he said “I do not care” mentioned you will lose customers, he told me that he can gain them back. Pizza ingredients and sauce was on one side of the pizza.
