The fact that the liquor store literally adjoining to this particular "smoke shop" was actually titled with the same name is what originally caught my eye honestly.. (And of course this is just safely assuming it's like that due to both stores having the same owners..?) But I just happened to need a new torch at the moment so I stopped by.. And this said "smoke shop" - if you can really even call it that - was like hardly even that.. Hardly even a smoke shop at all.. Though, the adjoining liquor store seemed to resemble just that! Maybe the "smoke shop" was still in the making and I caught it at the early stages so maybe what I had witnessed/experienced WASN'T the final 'product' after all..? I truly hope so honestly.. Because that was a pathetic excuse of a smoke shop if there ever was one.. Not to mention the worker there came out the back room with the sense that I had disrupted WHATEVER he had going on back there... None of my concern of course.. But nonetheless, I take pride on my customer service and I treat all my customers at my job with the utmost respect and kindness and give them my all. They deserve my undivided attention and an excellent top shelf customer service experience every time. But hey, that's just me. I am aware that it's an unrealistic expectation to have. I don't hold every person to those regards.. Unfortunately we've grown accustomed to EXPECTING amateur customer service skills from the very people who are responsible for making our food, handling our customer accounts or payments, and much more.. Yet, we have allowed HORRIBLE customer service skills to be okay. It's the norm. It's the normal standard for us to expect the worst from those whose job it is to ensure that we have positive experiences with that business or company.. But we have become so used to that sad/pathetic and extremely incompetent type of guest experience that we hardly even get upset anymore at horrible service and disgusting habits and it isn't right. We keep allowing it to happen and those who stand up or who put their foot down, get called a "KAREN".. Let me just say this though; there is A HUGE difference between acting like a "karen" and just trying to resolve a situation that shouldn't have even needed resolving in the first place. Something on THEIR end obviously went wrong, and they make it such an issue to fix something so trivial, that the situation escalates and unfolds and the "higher-up" that steps in to "mediate" always makes things worse. Like 98% of the time they encourage that kine of nonsense from the employees when they intervene and just make the situation worsen.. Putting the WRONG ideas and impressions in the heads of those whom they INFLUENCE and of course the vicious cycle continues.. I wish this wasn't the standard.. But we can gradually and slowly but surely, change those extremely low standards we hold these days, not to absurd and unrealistic expectations, but just basic ideal guidelines and standards. It shouldn't be borderline impossible to get the most basic tasks handled accordingly and with an appropriate attitude. But it is such an chore and such a hassle for them to do a simple thing. I mean, being kind and doing your job right should just come... Gee, I don't know.. NATURALLY..?! But what do I know..? I just work in customer service every single day like I have for YEARS and I have NEVER received a bad review.. In fact, quite the OPPOSITE! I have actually gotten RECOGNIZED by guests via reviews they read about me on Google and Yelp.. (Which was a jaw-dropping wonderful moment to have experienced.. Definitely relished in the moment.. But it drove me even MORE to continue doing things just as I was, if not better! Even at your best, there's still always room for improvement! Anyways, enough rambling. My apologies! Thanks for listening/reading! Got a bit off topic here.. But it all stems back to what I was ranting on about initially - the shop itself was hardly even that & the employee was just the same. hardly even that, made me feel like rushed & unwanted š great service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt really write reviews but this is business definitely a diamond in the rough. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome as if you were friends and not a customer. Their pricing and quality of products is extremely competitive so that thereās no need to order stuff online. They even carry the new versions of the vibes air vapes without the āplanetā logo that I have been looking for because no one carries it yet or they are out of stock. Even cigarettes are...

Do not recommend, they didnāt not inform their vape policy prior to stepping outside of the store and when I went to go try get an exchange they denied me since their policy is moment you leave the store they canāt do anything about it. The ti7000 I usually get compared to one I got here was completely off on case color and juice had a metallic taste to it. Be careful getting your...
