I don’t normally write a review unless it’s super bad or really good. And this one is super bad.

I saw the reviews on here that they follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable but I wanted to give them a benefit of a doubt but people were right about this place.

Just when I came in a woman stood right next to me watching what I was watching for a long time. I felt so uncomfortable and gave her a look. She still stood there and didn’t move away just looking at me. Until the manager asked if I needed help and I said I can’t shop if she is in my personal space. The manager had to tell her to leave for her to leave. Then she said maybe because I’m not used to Korean culture because they do that and they just want to help. First, No, Korea does not do that. I go to Korea every 2 months and they do not do that. Thats what I told the manager. Also how are they helping if they obviously make us feel uncomfortable and wouldn’t leave even after expressing it? Theyre being controlling but concealing itself as helping. The manager kept on asking if I need help and I told her firmly that I’ll ask for her help when I’m ready.

Later while I was shopping, I realize there were three workers just taking rounds to check up on me. I felt like I was being watched like a hawk and I couldn’t focus on shopping. I was afraid to go to a different section of the store because they would hear me move and then follow me. I tried to stay still as much as possible so they won’t think I’m trying to steal. But then I couldn’t focus on shopping and I felt SO uncomfortable that I ended up leaving.

The stuff were cute but unreasonably expensive but I was willing to invest. However because of the horrible service I didn’t want to buy from them.

I’m shocked that even after getting a few reviews about this, the manager still didn’t try to improve. They’re going to lose business if they keep this up. I’m shocked at how bad this...

I went to this store while passing by and I am so amazed on how much they upgraded their clothing and products! All their clothes and accessories are high quality, and for a very good price too. There are so many trendy styles and cute Korean clothing here. The manager and staff were welcoming when I walked inside. This store is like retail therapy! I even bought Korean skin care and hair products which made my skin clear in a few days! I always get so many compliments from people, you guys need to visit this place! I have never been to a store where I am being followed while shopping. The lady literally was right next to me with no gap between us. She stands next to you as if she is your family. My daughter & I went in to get something for my mom, but we felt so uncomfortable because she couldn't keep her distance from us, and I didn't want to be rude to her and ruin my shopping mood so we walked out. And yes, that lady followed us to the door and watched us leave too because maybe she thinks we're gonna steal her clothes outside too. Shame on that store for not knowing personal...
