on feb 3, 2019 around 6 pm I visited Puffs at 2065 lycoming creek road. i went in to cash in my cash 5 winning tickets. i had 3 tickets, 2 singles plays for $1.00 each and a 7 day play for $12.50 and $1.00, I had a total winning of $15.50. the lady behind the counter said i only won $ 2.00 dollars, i confronted her about the 7 play ticket for $13.50, she said all i won was $2.00. I know i had 3 winning tickets because i checked them on line before I went to cash them in. I beleave my best recourse would be to go to the lottery commission, BEWARE, THE...

I was refused service because I wanted to pay with a $5 roll of wrapped dimes. It was Sunday, no banks were open, I had spent time counting and wrapping dimes, cashier stated it was their policy to not accept wrapped coins.

The day before I was waiting in line with a few ones and quarters, someone came in and got in line behind me, the cashier called her as the next customer, skipping me.

It seems as if the cashiers and workers have no respect for customer service and had no problem...

Was quoted $14 for a product if I scanned my license for their rewards program. I agreed and had a $3 coupon to use which was accepted. I should have then paid $11 plus tax and when it was rung up and I went to pay, the clerk announced it was $22!!!! WTH is that? No remedy on their part to figure out the issue or correct it - just well I guess it's 22 bucks. Freakin hassle and...
