Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Old Lycoming Township

Understanding that during covid shortened hours have come into effect so I ordered a pizza on the little caesars app for the portal 35 minutes before closing. It said to pick the pizza up at 843-848 when I arrived at 845 to pick up the pizza clearly in the portal they already locked the store which I even found understandable despite the sign said closing at 9 PM. But what I saw happen next was unacceptable. I knocked on the door in clear sight of 2 employees they blatantly ignored me looking right at me then head down. I knocked again and the same thing. After 7 minutes of standing outside the one employee realized that there was a pizza in the portal. She panicked knowing what she did wrong looked for the other male who ignored me and motioned to give us our pizza. A third employee then appeared who finally gave us our pizza not offering an apology or anything. Ridiculous will be filing a formal complaint and video if allowed...

This particular little Caesars has went down hill so very badly. The place does not look clean, the staff was friendly but no pizzas at all in the warmers and it was only 6:00pm. I ordered a stuffed crust and it was made wrong, but because it was in my husband's favor I took it. It had sausage on it he likes sausage I picked it off. The deep dish pizzas are tasty but the dough inside has been raw on my last few pizzas. I actually have not been in, in over a year because of the poor quality. Disgusting place! Giving their food a one star is being nice. I was there today and saw something that made me sick and made me not want to come back again. The manager(?) in grey behind the counter with no gloves working with the food. She was chatting it up with another worker who never once put gloves on while touching different things making food. The lady in black shirt behind her also had no gloves on and had loose hair out of her ponytail. Both were NOT wearing hair nets. I've worked in a deli with sliced meat and a fryer. We had to wear gloves anytime we were touching food. And hair nets even with our hair in a ponytail. I hope no one had hair in their food from...
