I typically have had good experiences with Harbor Freight. But this just goes to show you how 1 person can really destroy that. I went in today to look at weed trimmers also known depending on where you are from as a weed wacker. I was looking at and comparing the options and two male staff who work there came over to me. And the one started with "Can I help you?" And before I could even open my mouth he followed up with "you don't even know do you?" And he walked away. Excuse me? Don't assume. Yes, I am a Woman, I also know exactly what I am looking for. The 2nd gentleman stayed to see if I had any questions. He was kind. But that first comment was disrespectful and he knew absolutely nothing about me, also didnt even take the time to explain. What if I didnt know anything about it? So that means I am not even worth the time of day for you to explain it? I am educated enough to know that I will take my business somewhere else. And I don't even care if I have to pay more in order to do so. It is 2022, give up that Women are inferior to men when it comes to things like this. When you go back and the staff is great they know their stuff management is awesome over there I couldn't ask for better friends in the tool field. Anytime I go in I always have a chance to speak with the staff and management just to associate with them and they're always willing to talk and just shoot the breeze for a minute or two they always ask how you're doing I give them an a+ all of them they know their stuff up there if I ask a complicated question and they don't have an answer they're willing to go the extra mile by calling me back and saying that they did the research and have an answer for me so 110% a+ on their efforts thanks guys I'll continue to deal with you guys as long as...
