I came here to buy an ice maker. They gave me the wrong one to bring it home to try it. It did not work. I returned it. It was very expensive $122.00 I got one online the correct one brand new for $ 40.00. By the way. I did not open box. Employee opened the box at the store. They charged me 20% for re-stoking. 1st, I didn't open box. 2nd, the item was pushed on me to try it, 3rd, they charged me 20% to put back on the shelf. That is robbery to me!! and bad customer service. I will not give them any business nor recommend them to anyone. Check online, chat online, and get a great deal. parts take 2 to 3 days to arrive...

The dryer went so I went to Coast Appliance parts and the man behind the counter walked me through every step, what it could be or what it couldn't be and I knew just a little bit to get in trouble. They narrowed it down to the right parts,... iooeven showed me the part that I thought was wrong was testing good,, so it saved $$. I didn't have to spend.. .gave me all the parameters for testing with my multimeter the rest of thermo majjer or what not..The rest is history the dryer works again .,good job...

Gate was already pulled across the entrance. The counter guy seemed happy to tell me "we're closed" and snickered when I pointed to his own clock that had still not reached 1.
