FedEx Freight — Local services in Gardena

Everyone here was polite even though I showed up right before closing. Lot was clean and tidy and the forklift operator was cool for helping me load my pallet in a maybe not approved manner(but safe and a huge help).

I will say their phone tree for setting up an appointment could use some help. I talked to 4 people and got handed off to different people even though I was asking for a simple appointment scheduled. Oh well like I said before Everyone was nice so this is ok.

Won't be dreading having to hold large shipments at the Gardena Fed Ex dispatch...

After going to two different FedEx places to ship a big TV back to Samsung, we ended up coming to this place. After the security guard checked my ID, I parked the car near the entrance, and a young slim worker came to greet us and offered to help immediately. Once he made a copy of our ID and bill of landing, everything was going smoothly. We were able to get out of the place in no time. I really appreciate how efficient and helpful they are. So tell me why this FedEx Freight LTL location refuses to pickup two simple pallets to be shipped just 5 miles away near the LAX airport.
