I had a middling experience. I wanted a smaller batch so I used fabric available on hand. Fabric itself was excellent quality. I left my favorite hoodie with them to create a pattern off of. They refused to return it.

I requested high quality cuffs and hem. The cuffs and hem elastic weren’t high quality, has a thin, cheap feeling to it. I asked for puff paint print, but did not give me puff paint.

I had specifics on how large I wanted the print. They refused and didn’t communicate the changes.

They did not inform me about moving their operation to a new location until I had pulled up to check in on my order and had to track down people who could give me the new location information. Weird experience.

I was decently satisfied with the outcome, but don’t plan to come back due to these issues, particularly the lack of communication, losing my favorite hoodie to them, unapproved changes, and the inability to have a sample. I certainly learned a lot from...

My experience was a disaster!! Took 8 months to create 3 sample pieces and the reasoning was that the dye house didn’t want to work on 1 item. Also kept my pieces I left for inspiration, 4 pairs of pants, and 1 jacket. I did receive my samples and digital patterns,but the process was a joke. Terrible communication and very unprofessional. So glad I found Euphoric Colors and Moe Soltani a couple of years ago for my American Made sewing house needs. If you are a serious brand and seriously committed to Made in the USA (and the associated higher quality, faster turnaround, and yes, higher price for your goods), Moe is your guy.
