I had a middling experience. I wanted a smaller batch so I used fabric available on hand. Fabric itself was excellent quality. I left my favorite hoodie with them to create a pattern off of. They refused to return it.
I requested high quality cuffs and hem. The cuffs and hem elastic weren’t high quality, has a thin, cheap feeling to it. I asked for puff paint print, but did not give me puff paint.
I had specifics on how large I wanted the print. They refused and didn’t communicate the changes.
They did not inform me about moving their operation to a new location until I had pulled up to check in on my order and had to track down people who could give me the new location information. Weird experience.
