worse customer service ever!! The Associates are so cold hearted and locking compassion for their customers... was in there with my 6 year old niece... and she wanted to use the restroom and i went to one of the Associates on the floor and asked her if she can use the restroom and she looked me straight in the face and said they have no restrooms here for the public... so i asked can she use you guys restroom real quick and she said no... how cold can you be to say that to a little girl's face who is in dire need of using the restroom???!! This place is horrible and i refuse to give a business like...

I will only be buying household items from this establishment now that they have exchange only policy on items you change your mind about. The selections are not that fabulous that youre guaranteed to find something that you like. The service is lousy, they always yell welcome to DDs, make you wait in line forever then hurry you to the counter by calling for the next customer before they have finished with their current customer, like ok hurry up and get out so I can take the next persons money. Good for candles, picture frames, scarfs, kitchen ware, excercise gear, toys, sleep wear and...

This is the nightmare job from Hell. The manager is the worst harassing person I have ever worked with. Everything you try do on this job she stopped you with a rule not on process. They put all this work in hummers and bins and want it done in 10 min, bins 35 filled with watches, sunglasses, wallets,hats you have to alarms. This would normally be a 4 hour job, but they expect it done in 35 mins, a nightmare. Then if they don't have a truck she tells you to stay home. I don't know how the employees survived.
