Was not a long wait..at 1 pm...we saw jurassic world....great...nobody loud people very polite only problem is the cinemas are confusing to people who have bad eye site or elderly. ..we lost my 73 year old mother and me and ny niece missed the previews which we all kmow u need to lead up to the movie . ..n get time get a seat n get ready specially if you bring 5 kids n 3 teens the teens were ok but no help with the 3 year old who swear had go bathroom 10 times in 30 minutes . ...anyway my mother we went looking for in all the other movie theaters and we couldn't find her i swear we checked them all n she was in the one right across from us the signs got her confused so having an arrow under each sign for the movie point to the door...n say it on the arrow too for people who may have learning problems dimensions elderly and just eye sight problems or for kids even...she eventually wondered in right before it started ...so me ..my mom ..my niece whos birthday is tomorrow..today and her party saturated and we going back to see skyscraper . .yeahhh.just hope this time ohhhh i forgot no slushies were out machine broken that was one problem i had always get one..but other than the confusing way they have it set up ..if would maybe take someone's new ideas on how to make it better i myself know someone who would help u make all tje signs different not better persay as in looks your pictures on them help too n are great n should stay just the name alone be even worse nobody that's over 80 will get lost . ..just kidding but realky the pictures help but the signs some are too close together i know a very great artist slash architect that could draw u up a better set up for your signs at the movie theatre just so we don't lose a 73 year old woman who just has heart surgery within last 6 months and brain surgery ladt year because of a bleed neaning no falls or very bad she doesn't need to be lost ib the movies where its dark because of the broken machines lot us got in during previews wheb lights are off n cant see . And my mother has vision problems too so i think that one thing the signs should be light up more with an arrow with a pictire of the movie headline title on it n on the door so theres no confusion ever again its bumpy n hills and stairs n corners n peoples feet she could have tripped over n she would been hurt or god forbid worse ..okay all in all good movie . No drinks half us wanted but was no loud annoying people was a plus but i think they could maybe wash the floor little more instead the want to turn over movie after movie instead maybe waiting to ckean clean real quick before next movie ..left there wuth sticky shoes and that not okay with actual whole pieces candy stuck to your shoe like chocolate and u msy may go in your car n track in nice melty chocolate in your car now..but then u have ac on in car so it hardens then u bring it home where u have a dog or a ferret and they eat it n get sick just saying like couldnt even put my bag down on the floor it was kinda not ckean i dont want be mean when i say this they should get it n hopefully do something to fix it since i cam semd up my very talented friend to let you know the changes that they could make n not big huge ones little but the results will be huge and I promise u if you take some great ideas from a very ...

After buying the movie tickets we purchased expensive stale, bland tasting popcorn... There wasn't anyone around for us to hand our tickets to... Or, even to ask which way was the numbered theatre we were looking for was... After the movie ended my son went over to the basketball machine... He put four quarters in it and nothing happened... I looked underneath and saw that it was unplugged, in spite of the fact that the hour of closing had NOT arrived. I looked around and COULDN'T find anyone that worked there... I went to the concession stand and looked around... It looked like there was movement behind the glass... A boy and a woman... I knocked on the glass and waited awhile. I had to knock again... Still I had to wait awhile before the woman got out of her chair and came out to the concession stand. She came out and gave me the nastiest look for bothering her... She didn't even speak... Just stare at me in disgust... I told her I needed four quarters because the machine had eaten my sons quarters... She was insulting and rude... Telling me he SHOULDNT BE TRYING TO PLAY THE GAME. She said "Doesn't your kid have any common sense to not put quarters in to a machine that's not working" I said "How are we supposed to not know its not working?" She got angry when she looked over to the machine and saw that it was "on" and said, "he had NO RIGHT to plug it in... We want to go home" I told her "he didn't do it... I did" She made more NASTY comments and told us to "GET OUT! We're closed." I asked her "who the manager was" and to my absolute shock she told me "she was the manager" What an ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! The disrespect my family was treated with is shameful! All because the "manager" obviously doesn't enjoy her job (shuts off the games early) and just wanted to go home. Her tone of voice of condescending and uterally riddled with contempt and rudeness. The female "manager" obviously feels her position gives her the control and authority to treat customers like absolute sh...t! We went to the movie theatre to create memories as a family. What a waste of money and time. They need to retrain they're employees on how to do their job and treat customers with respect and appreciation. They should have a manager who acts like she likes her job and even likes people in general. Her attitude stinks! Her attitude, disrespect, and tone of voice... Not to mention insulting my child... Leaves a foul taste...
