This past March I ordered curbside and tried to redeem a gift card. The total came to $58.57. My gift card only had a balance of $50. I added my debit card to pay the remaining balance. The entire amount was taken from my card. I went in and spoke to the manager and he assured me that he was canceling the order and would correct the payment issue. So he redeemed my $50 gift card and I paid the remainder in cash as I no longer had enough on my debit card because of the entire amount originally being charged on it. The manager told me that I should have the money refunded on my card in 5-10 business days. The money was never returned to my card. I checked my gift card, since it was a digital card I had added it to my Apple wallet in my phone. The gift card still showed a balance so I ignorantly assumed that the balance was never removed. I thought “well as long as I still have the gift card, I only lost the 9$ I paid in cash so it’s not that big of a loss” only to find out today when attempting to use the gift card again that the balance WAS taken off. So I paid twice for the order and now there is nothing I can do besides warn others of the incompetent manager. I’m not sure what he did on the computer to “fix” my issue but I can only assume that he just rerung the order and told the kitchen not to remake it, then forgot to cancel the original order to issue my refund. Its extremely frustrating as that gift card was a gift from my mother in law so that I could get my pregnancy craving that I could not afford. Now I’m sitting with my newborn and out of work and again, cannot afford to splurge but hey, I’m glad they got there money....

So after reading some of these reviews , we decided to give the 99 another try, different one then the last one we went to, cause that one the food was horrible, well this one was just as horrible! My daughter asked for steak to be rare.. well it was raw... literally cold inside.. she sends it back, comes out and raw.. my steak was close to well done, asked medium rare.. and there was so much gristle in it I could only eat half of it.. and everything was so over salted.. when I called another waitress over to tell her about my daughter steak, she looked at me like I had 10 heads, gave me a attitude about it too.. she sends our waitress over who just took it away.. no apologies no nothing.. gets a to go box puts the check which was still $40 for my meal and my granddaughter's kids meal... on the table walks away... meanwhile my daughter went to the bathroom crying... why? This was suppose to be special and try to make us a bit happy because on Tuesday we had to put our dog down, we had him since he was 5 weeks old till he was 12yrs 7 months old.. And this place just made that experience even worse.. AGAIN THANK YOU FOR THAT.. So if you want disgusting, oversalted, gristle food then have at it..and also not so nice waitresses but if you don't STAY AWAY 🤮🤮🤬 And now I 💯 no why a bunch of these restaurants have closed after this maybe close...

I ordered over $100 worth of food today including (3) of the Meals that come with 2 sides, and three of us got salads for our second sides, And when my husband got back home with all of the food, the salads are all missing which means a 1/3 of each $17 meal are missing! I called them and they tell me they're going to comp me for $1.99 they charged me extra for the salads, or I could drive 20 min back, but I DID NOT RECIEVE the full three meals that I ordered AND PAID FOR because they come with two sides and all of us paid over $15 per meal and got one side. The sad excuse that I got is that they have new people like you always have new people, This is the problem with people like this making $15 an hour plus tips. I honestly would've been happier Had I just went to McDonald's and saved myself a lot of time aggravation and money. If you are going to order food to go, do yourself a favor and check your bags because you will end up like me spending over $100 on food and not receiving the (3) Full meals I ordered. I got charged for 3 Meals and they come with 2 sides, and they didn't lower the bill any at all, Even though the three meals were missing a side a piece, so technically, we did not get three full meals AT ALL. This place is going...
