revised After speaking to a fine gentleman named Chris who had informed me was the owner, I had my couch 3 days later. I will say I am extremely pleased with the couch itself and the third party deliver/setup was swift and easy. I wont go as far to say it was well worth the wait because nothing not custom should take 107 days to deliver but understanding the circumstances and the well understanding conversation with the owner finally, it seems that all parties are in satisfaction.
The England 7300 Seneca falls couch set up is exactly what we expected and we are definitely putting it to great use. However, I want to purchase one item that will complete the couch but I am nervous and weary that I will have to wait another 3 months for them to come in. We will see after couple weeks.
Thank you Gardner Outlet Furniture for a quality piece and especially the owner Chris; who cause of him and his communication and understanding of customer service I will be shopping there again

Unfortunately I find myself writing this review and hope to revise in near future. 103 days and still no couch and very little information.
This all starts back in 19 of August 2020 when our order was placed. The high price of the couch did not deter us and were actually pleased we'd be receiving such a high quality piece in our home. After placing the order of a 5 piece set, a gentleman by the name of Joe told us it would take 5-6 weeks to receive the couch and have it delivered. Completely understanding any inevitable delay due to COVID we expected the couch by October the latest. After a silent period from late August till November I decided to reach out the Gardner location to get any updates. Finally on November 12 I had reached Joe and he told me our furniture was in warehouse and they'd start the process of delivery. On November 16, I had called again for an update and spoke to a Michelle who informed us about the delays that they were facing. She had stated that the couch was ready to go but since their delivery trucks were booked, they had to use an outside delivery service. I completely understood that there would be delays but now I felt I had more questions than answers after spending the amount I did and still not have my product almost 3 months later. I called back to see if and when they would have my couch delivered and I even offered to pick up the couches myself as long as they waived my delivery charge since I would have to rent my own truck and pick it up. I spoke to very nice woman named Sam who really tried to expedite the process and I understood she was just stuck in the middle but I still did not have an answer about my delivery. About 2 hours later Sam called me back and said Michelle has just got to your paper work and she will be creating the invoice at the end of the day if not beginning of the work day tomorrow and expect an email stating when to expect delivery. I was skeptical because it was week before Thanksgiving but remained hopeful that maybe after 100 days we would get what we paid for. We are now at 103 days without our $$$$ and our couch and not any closer than we were back in August. I also called four times today and left a message. I am aware of the great reviews of Gardner Outlet and I am hoping this is just a rare occurrence and that I receive my couch sooner rather than later. I will keep...
Read moreI’ve bought from here many times before with ok service, nothing better than mediocre at best but I try to buy local. This last time was exceptionally poor service and now we won’t be back. Ordered a bed and frame for hundreds more than it was priced on their own website, and then was charged 3x the originally quoted delivery fee of $50, then told it would be 3-5 weeks because the frame was special order. Over that time we heard nothing from them what so ever. At week 6 we went in to ask what was going on. We were told by one associate that it was ordered, but hadn’t shipped. The manager was not available because he was at a conference in Connecticut. Went back the next day, another associate told us it was shipped weeks ago but couldn’t tell us when it would show up, and the manager was unavailable because he was actually at a graduation party in Connecticut, not a conference. Cancelled the order, and was able to get the exact same frame for hundreds less than what they were charging, AND got a better quality mattress for the same price, and delivered to our house quickly for LESS than what they were charging.
So overall, Jordan’s furniture provided us a better deal, and with much better customer service. The drive out to Jordan’s is worth it to avoid the headaches this...
Read moreI ordered a bed set from here in May, and it only arrived towards the end of June (with a lot of delays on their end regarding delivery time, not responding to emails, etc). When it did arrive, the foot board was damaged with a giant crack upon delivery, and the delivery team told me they would discuss it with the customer service team and give us an update. I didn’t get contacted at all in the week that followed, so I wrote an email to the service team, in which they told me it would be counted under the warranty, even though it ARRIVED damaged. They also informed me that it arrived in Chicago and I would receive a call soon to schedule the exact drop off time. I sent them an email telling them that it shouldn’t be counted under the warranty and they still have not responded. I gave the delivery team a call and they informed me it would take around 7-10 weeks, even though it was in Chicago. Overall, I’m incredibly tired with this whole hassle, and I would not recommend anyone buys from them nor will I buy from them...
