Had 4 rings resized her and solder for my wife's wedding ring. We went down in size and still paid over $600. We would told the gold going down in size was taken into consideration for resizing. I went from a 12.5 to 10 and my wife 8.5 to a 6.5. They thinned my band out tremendously and the work on my wife ring was crooked and shotty. Or rings were done a few years ago but I haven't reviewed them until now. I have never gone back and recommend everyone to steer clear. Honest jewelers will weight your jewelery when brought in and give weights when picking up from completion. They didn't do that or even mention it. My family has been shopping at Joyce's for at least 30 years. We have always received EXCEPTIONAL service from each and every dedicated employee at Joyce's. I personally have purchased many pieces of jewelry and had many other pieces resized, re-shaped, re-envisioned and custom made. I've always been more than pleased at the quality of work, and never had a complaint. Though I'm sure if something wasn't to my liking, Norie and her team would make it right! I have been here before to get my rings checked and cleaned and I love the shop, it's very pretty inside. This time around I brought in a band that I had bought online. I had taken it to Gem Gallery to have an estimate done, never go there by the way, they tried to price gouge me. I brought my ring back to Joyce's like I should have done to begin with and it came out perfect for less than half the price of the other estimate.
