If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD!!! First thing, you can’t find what you need ,way to much merchandise in the middle of aisle still in totes, second prices never match the product tag if in correct spot or had correct tag, third the staff is HORRIBLE, Obnoxious, rude , lazy mainly the so called “ manager “ ANANDA! All of the professional and helpful employees quit due to her and how nasty she is! Fourth, they don’t like to give you your receipt, so if you need to return it ,question the bill, Amanda will tell you it’s impossible to figure out and can’t do while trying to cuss at you ,mind you she holds the receipt in her hand that she claims “she gave you “ She will scan you in any way she can! As someone whom has been shopping there since it became Dollar General every other day spending $40-$60 each visit will no longer continue to shop there! Also make sure they scan your clearance items as clearance price , demand your receipt and double check it! My mother total came to $72, with clearance items mainly,she asked the manager Ananda if her clearance items scanned correctly , she said yes I see it in my screen, . Mom got distracted with her grandson , was never offered a recite got get change and left. Started thinking re-adding items she sees it don’t add up. We go up there and the manager was nothing but nasty, mind you I seen her like this b4 with other shoppers while I shopped. I asked her just to do a no sale scan on all items see what ur adds to, she threw a big fit , insisting she gave the receipt when she’s had it the whole time, bottom line is mom got screwed out of $40!😡😡 and the nasty “manager “ took the items back too.. let me tell you when I say this chick had my nerves in another level and she’s lucky I’m to pretty for jail!! I asked the manager as she was walking in “what time do you think y’all will open?” She/he (can’t tell if it’s a boy or girl) aggressively said with an attitude “ WE JUST GOT HERE WE NEED TIME TO OPEN”. So once they did open at 8:50 she still had an attitude. She wanted to argue with me so bad cause I put a heavy case of water on the counter. Should have three to four members on staff depending on busy days so they can catch up on organization. Staff budget understandable but if there is not enough staff them feel it will end up like family Dollar before they closed which was messy, dirty and always behind and did not return to that location again.
