Taco Bell — Restaurant in Garfield Heights

THIS TACO BELL IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! THEY'RE THE WORST DON'T, EVER COME HERE!!! THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME BECAUSE I CALLED THEM LIARS BECAUSE 3 DIFFERENT PPL LIED TO ME ABOUT MY ORDER!!! THEY GAVE ME COLD FRIES AND MADE ME WAIT EXTRA LONG EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN WAITING IN LINE FOR LIKE 20 MINS ALREADY, SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND FRESH FRIES. I DID NOT THREATEN ANYONE NOR DID TRY TO PHYSICAL ASSULT ANYONE AND THE GM NEVER SAID I HAD TO LEAVE. BUT YET SHE CALLED THE POLICE ON ME WHEN THE WHOLE THING COULD HAVE JUST BEEN SOLVED BETWEEN US. OF COURSE WHEN THE GARFIELD HEIGHTS POLICE CAME THEY SIDED WITH TACO BELL BECAUSE THEY ARE A BIG CORPORATION AND HAVE MORE MONEY THAN LITTLE ME. ONCE MORE I CAUTION ANYONE THAT WANT TO STAY OUT OF JAIL NOT TO GO THERE BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TELL THEM HOW THEY TREAT YOU THEY WILL DEFINITELY CALL THE POLICE AND NOT EVEN TELL YOU!!! LITERALLY RUINING YOUR LIFE BY MAKING THE SITUATION WORSE INSTEAD OF HANDLE IT IN THE RESPECTFUL WAY!!!! EVERYBODY SHOULD BE FIRED AND THE TACO BELL ON TURNEY RD IN GARFIELD HEIGHTS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN...

Wow this place really has gone down hill. Food has been very skimpy. A crunchwrap should be thicker than the paper bag they put it in...I added jalapenos for an upcharge and got 3 slices. 7 quesadillas, 2 made special but not marked or kept separate. Fiesta potatoes tasted old and stale. The double decker taco supreme was just gross; stale shell, the tortilla didn't taste like it was steamed, the tiniest amount of beans, and sour cream was just on one side and just at the edge. Disappointing all the way around. This is another fast food place we'll be going out to another city to get.

ETA: 6 days later, with not only a Google review but also tried to contact corporate.... not one single response. No email in any folder. No response on here. Know what that means to me? No more of my money going to this place. Good luck TBell. You'll need it at this establishment. You'll be the next one shut down...

Idk who let these "children" run this place at night but corporate needs to take a second look at who they leave in charge. On the door it says the dining area closes at 3 am. My young son and i walked in to night a little after 10pm. Someone from the back yelled, "we closed!!" No, "i'm sorry miss, the dining area is closed. The sign is incorrect." So rude! I promised my son all week that we would come here and he was really looking forward to the food so we walked back outside, got into our vehicle and sat in the line for at least 30 min. When i got to the window, the girl at the window and the guy in the back were playing around throwing food at each other. I think tht was the manager standing there watching them do it smh. I hope they at least cooked our food thoroughly since they had a hard time paying attention to the customers and being professional. Please fix this...
