Subway — Restaurant in Garfield Heights

So the last couple times I went to order on the app this location is listed as closed so I would order from the BP gas station not too far away.This time I was right in front and wanted to use the buy 2 get one free from the app, It was 7:00 p.m., says closed but they're open until 8:00 if you go in. Ask for the buy 2 get one free, they said online only, I asked how I could do that when the app says they're closed. Manager says it shuts down every day at 6:30 And if I want it I would have to pay full price But it doesn't shut down at 6:30 They are just doing that for their particular store to avoid honoring promotion. Will Just stick with the BP...

Been in this neighborhood for the last 13 years and not sure how long this Subway has been here, but it's my favorite one around. The same 2 guys have been there for years and they are fast, friendly, the store always is nice and clean. Only down side is how small it is. There is not really anywhere to set besides like 1 table... although in this area now, I don't blame them for not having a bunch of tables. Arrived at 5:52 pm and the open sign was lit up. Once I parked, all the lights were turned off, even though it says they are open until 7pm online. Don't go to this ghetto, lazy subway. Go the extra mile to one in a better neighborhood that believes in serving their customers until the time they are scheduled to close.
